Hilltop Farms is pleased to announce that our store on Pulaski Blvd in Bellingham, Massachusetts, recently had a one million dollar winner on the $20.00 Mass lottery scratch ticket “Billion Dollar Bonanza”. Ryan Kudirka of Bellingham presented the ticket to lottery headquarters in Braintree on December 13th and collected his first of 20 annual payments of $50,000.00.

Steve Gurwitz, the third generation owner of the Hilltop Farms Convenience Store was quoted as saying: “I am so happy for Ryan. I immediately recognized him as one of our regular customers. What a Merry Christmas he and his family will surely have!”

Local Construction Worker Buys One Million Dollar Billion Dollar Bonanza Scratch Ticket at Hilltop Farms

Ryan Kudirka, a local construction worker,  is thrilled about winning the money and said he plans on buying a new car with his lottery windfall. While he can certainly live off the winnings for the rest of his life, lottery officials didn’t announce that he’d be quitting his job any time soon. Ryan is not the first person to purchase a winning ticket from Hilltop Farms.

The Lottery Changed My Life

According to the TLC television show, “The Lottery Changed My Life,” more than 1600 new lottery millionaires are created each year. That doesn’t include people that have won jackpots of, say, $100,000 because there are a lot more of those winners. Still, 1600 is quite a high number.

If 1600 people win at least a million dollars in the lotto every year, it means that there are more than 130 lotto winners each month which is more than 30 each week, and more than 4 a day. That’s a lot of winners!
